Before going home with you, EACH puppy will:
- Be thoroughly examined by their Veterinarian
- Receive core Vaccinations (at least DAPP/DA2P)
- Receive preventative de-worming (at least for roundworms, hookworms, lungworm, whipworm, and certain types of tapeworms)
- Be socialized to: children and adults (various ages and temperaments) AND a non-relative dog

- DEPOSITS: The minimum deposit of $495 made against a future litter (or gestational, but unborn) are partially refundable ($475 of the $495 can be refunded). Once the litter is born, deposits are non-refundable and we'll hold a single slot for either a specific (or any remaining) available puppy from the current litter with a non-refundable, minimum deposit of $495. You may, however, at any time, transfer your deposit to another litter if the timing, coloring or gender isn't ideal for the adopting family. Puppy Adoption Process
- Deposits after litter is born are NON-REFUNDABLE and expire 7 calendar days (after EITHER "forever home" availability date OR from date of deposit; whichever comes last), unless otherwise mutually agreed between breeder and adopter.
- If you are interested in more than one puppy (and need time to decide), we ask that you make an additional $325 deposit against each additional puppy "held" until you decide (amount/balance will be applied to final invoice amount upon decision and contracting).
- We process all adoption invoicing/transactions through PayPal (even for in-person transactions, no matter the payment method).
- You don't need a PayPal account if paying by card, cash, venmo or zelle or certified funds (cashiers check), just a valid email address.
- If adopting via PayPal Credit or "Instant Transfer" from your bank account a "Verified" PayPal account is required (we do NOT allow eCheck transactions; no exceptions)
- *If we arrange delivery with/for you, delivery fee(s) must be paid either with deposit (preferred, if planned in advance) OR prior to tentative delivery date if added/requested after initial deposit.
- Sample of our standard contract (with "health guarantee" language) is available upon request.
Detailed "Terms and Conditions" of the Deposit and/or Delivery agreements will be included in the PayPal invoice sent to each customer when paying deposit(s) and/or payment-in-full.
